The Muni Central Subway will run from The Caltrain Station To Downtown and then into Chinatown under stockton st. It will be nowhere near the new transbay terminal where the HSR will end up someday. My point on the subway was that 2 billion dollars for a 1.7 mile line is alot of money. Muni needs more money to operate what it has now without adding more to the system. Look out for meter maids, Muni needs more money.
