Steve-- Your argument for speed reductions on the old NP Prairie Line doesn't hold up.
Puyallup,WA and Kent,WA tried that Anti-79 mph baloney and lost.. The railroad WON.
As long as people don't drive around GATES--there is no problem, Sir..

Remember that old adage from Operation Lifesaver:
"When you try to beat a train to a crossing and there is a "TIE"--- YOU LOSE !!"
