I am always impressed with "shortline sammie"'s comments. Very thorough and interesting. My compliments!

I operate a very sweet GP30 which has been repowered with a nice, tight, 16-567-C diesel engine. It has green anti-freeze in it. It doesn't leak and we have never had any problems. It also has a Kim Hotstart heating unit which we use in the winter months. As this loco only operates only one day a week, we usually plug in "Kim" the night before we are going to run the train. The rest of the week we let her go cold.
