My money's on that "South OC" stretch being Signal 176 to Avery...the curves are broad enough as it stands.
As for northern SD, I assume that means CP SONGS to CP Westbrook? Just saw the new bridge going in, and they definately have the space. Plus they could doubletrack Morena-Elvira, Craven-Cardiff and Shell-Eastbrook with no difficulty.
