No rear marker or flag, no ETD, no air guage on end of car. No way to tell if the brakes are setting up throughout the train as he/she glides around the district. Oh, you say it qualifies as a transfer move? It's switch move? Great. But without those items, and the training and experience that makes it all SAFE, at some point we'll see another On-Track Equipment mishap just like what happened over the hill on the Roseville Sub a couple of years ago.

Doubtful that the operator is genuinely qualified, but NO DOUBT No'eff'in Southern has found enough loopholes to propagate this type of operation.
