What the hell does one's political or social ideology have to do with the half-assed Holiday train in Santa Cruz? I couldn't care less about anything other than the facts. Where are these facts? In the case of the NWP, the facts speak for themselves. If the current operation in Santa Cruz is successful or growing after three-five years, that'll be great. I hope it'll happens and I'll be glad to be wrong.
I'll certainly eat my words with more maturity than that displayed by all the ignorant, obnoxious and stubborn "NWP naysayers" have. What's it like to bleat the death-call for the NWP for a decade only to have every single thing every person said about the NWP's so-called flaws prove to be the bullshit I claimed it was all along? Every thing I said proved true and is solidified in the events that have unfolded concerning the NWP. In short, it's not up for debate. Sorry it's so inconvenient for some people.
Maybe this is the lesson a lot of people need: get your facts straight BEFORE opening your mouth or typing, cite your sources if questioned (we all should be doing THAT anyway) and if proven wrong (we all are from time to time) admit it, concede it and educate yourself out of ignorance.
