It has more to do with the words coming from your own keyboard in previous posts, describing yourself as a progressive intellectual who was out to prove all the naysayers wrong. Now your posts smack of that same pessimism and blind negativity that you derided others for so many times. Also, for the record, I was never in the anti-NWP camp.

Maybe you should pay more attention to the facts on operations where your knowledge is slim compared to that of your NWP " credentials". The Iowa Pacific has been putting in far more time and maintenance than anyone has really given them credit for. Just like the NWP, these things take time. Your doom and gloom assessment of the SC&MB is a bit misguided.
