Question for Chuck in Wallowa County

Chuck,

If you know ... what is to become of the YW's 100+ year old caboose that is in custody of the WURR? Is it being held as collateral for the $15 K SNAP owes the WURR? Or what?
I don't think there's any way for that car to be returned to the YW. Costs too much!
