Yes, I purchased a book from him two years ago and had no problems. It was packed well and very good condition and shipped promtply. So I wasn't expecting any difficulties this time.
And no I don't check the BBB rating for every single company in the world that I ever buy anything from. Do you?
Normally you don't expect businesses to do this stuff. If they send a defective product, wrong product, or don't ship it at all, then my experience is they'll refund your money or send a replacement or whatever is appropriate. This guy just bilks you out of your money, as also noted in the Dex Reviews from other customers.
