You need to upgrade that square footage-----we have 3000 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths-----(no granite counters) :-) we don't have a vacation home and have 2 cars and a 13 year old pick up truck. :-) WE EARNED EVERY PENNY OF IT ALL AND HAVE NO DEBT.
