Why? David is more than free to say no.
I know nothing about trains. Nothing. I'm interested in a stretch of track that's maybe 100 miles long. I'm not going to spend 50 dollars for two seperate books, that contain a few mileage markers for way points. (That is, after all, all I really need. And guess what, I just found what I need on another site. Did those number some from David's book? I have no idea, but the numbers are out there.)
I was willing to buy one book, not two. I don't see that I did anything wrong... I asked a business man a question. (It's not like I went out and found somebody that's got a copy of the book, and took that book to a copy store. Hell, THAT would be a low blow.)
