Funny you should mention that--a good source says that the regional Watco guys from WA were "in California this past week looking at a potential purchase". (No, it wasn't the CORP--get ready California guys. The folks from Kansas are making eyes at you;).

Rumor department:
Several shortline operators are looking at a CA property that reportedly has "very good carloadings per mile". Any ideas who might have the Remax sign out front?
