My wife and I stopped at John Manley's facility in Colusa on our way back home from Winterail and found more changes since our previous visit 4 years earlier. Although not much (if anything) has been done to the 2706, John and friends demolished the old pole building that once occupied his lot and erected a tall steel building, complete with a large capacity overhead rolling crane. This is not your usual backyard locomotive rebuilding plan.
