I don't remember that one, maybe Washington did propose that idea, but wasn't he trying to get trackage rights from Seattle to Chicago, basically the routing of the Milwaukee Road? Or was that Philip Anschutz who proposed that idea? Now KCS, who was the high bidder for SP prior to the DRGW deal, was seriously looking at using the Modoc Line to get into Oregon and the PNW.

I do remember investor funding not coming to fruition for the Port of Coos Bay coal export project.
