Designed by the same idiots who laid out the Sounder terminal at King Street station no doubt...

That one makes you walk up the stairs, cross a busy a city street, often in the rain, and then walk down another set of stairs and then down a long platform to get to the bus stop. Cross-platform transfer? No, more like cross-town hike. Yep, that will encourage you to get out of your car! I'll bet the guy who designed it didn't plan on riding it!
