In the 6936 accident, the dump truck load didn't come through the windshields; it came though the door. BTW, these doors have heavy latches, and also have 1" deadbolts on the inside. In this case, the door was closed and latched and the deadbolts were in place. The force of the high-density load hitting the door sheared the deadbolts off, blasted the interior door to the cab off it's hinges, and impacted the rider, killing him immedeately.
