the bypass is moving forward, passed the environmental impact stage.....this project is a done deal. I look forward to those Talgos zipping past the I-5 traffic.....
the project is part of the deal with BNSF allowing additional passenger trains; saving some minutes is just one of the many benefits. the Seattle-Portland corridor needs more passenger service.....good for WSDOT for having this project ready to fund. Arlen
