Speaking of Lowe's and their acquistion of OSH, around 1995 or so Lowe's purchased Eagle Hardware. The one were had here in Medford, OR was best with customer service, inventory, and other measures. After Lowe's took over the change in policy was immediate. Everyone here complained how the change was for the worse.
