Eastern Washington Shortlines radio question --- Help!!

Can anyone share the current narrow band radio frequencies for these Eastern Washington shortlines? Grandkids lost my AP timetables but they gave me a new narrow band scanner to
make up for it and I will be spending a month in Eastern Washington for business starting next week. The lines I am hoping to see are Great Northwest (Watco), Palouse River and Coulee City, Washington and Idaho, St. Maries River Railroad, POVA, Eastern Washington
Gateway, Kettle Falls International. Many thanks in advance to anyone and everyone that can help me!!!
