Mr. Morgan claims his lien on the YW #19 is greater than than the amount awarded to a boiler company located in Washington state; and is the reason the 19 is in limbo at this time. Oddly enough, it was Mr. Hammond that brought this information to the court's attention, bringing the auction of #19 to an end. But then again ... Mr. Hammond and Mr. Morgan have been in collusion(s) in the past.

The 19 has not operated since about 2008, and its boiler tube life will be due for replacement very soon. Who would be willing to spend the money for this expensive requirement? Mr. Morgan? Mr. Hammond? I think not, and fear the future of the 19 may come at the scrapper's torch. I hope I'm wrong.
