I've always been amazed of the snakes and leaches that lurk around the rail preservation and tourism world preying on donated and public funds.
Don Kirk, Court Hammond, Doug Morgan, John Darling (of NWPY fame) that's just naming a few.
And more amazing is how these guys somehow avoid going to jail, well that is beyond me.
