The 21 went from Santa Maria to McCloud where the boiler was found to be in need of major repairs. From McCloud the locomotive went to Morgan Rail near Corte Madera. I know that she left McCloud via the WP, and was damaged during the move. Somehow Morgan took over the locomotive and from the NWP, she went to Washington State. Some time ago I heard that she was to be restored to service for service around Astoria, but have not heard anything new for some time.
