Never had 'em. They were built during the period when SP wasn't ordering rear-end signal lights on freight units (except for the SD39s) and was actually removing the them. The last freight units to be built with them (except for the SD39s) were the GP30s. Then a decade or so later, SP decided that freight units needed rear signal lights again.
