10 Billion a year to the corrupt toilet of Mexico to fight drugs and poverty
10's of Billions wasted on Green Power
Billions wasted on free healthcare for those in prison for life or death row
50+ Million Amtrak wasted on new radios for the narrow banding of the tiny 1.7 MHz section of the VHF Railroad band (the rotten FCC should have exempted them)
10's of Billions wasted on Homeland Security
100's of Billions wasted on the Illegal Alien Invasion
10's of Billions wasted on welfare for the rich (and some for the poor)
100's of Billions on military hardware that doesn't work or is not needed
10's of Billions on our military in other countries (Japan, Germany, Korea)
100's of Billions on perks, payroll, benefits and pensions for our useless politicians
Depts or Energy, Commerce, Education, Justice, Post Office, Interior, ect ect

Plenty of places to cut and give Passenger Rail more money
