Syn, I read in the SacBee that HSR released their route and (?) 20 k page environmental review for the second segment down the center of the valley in Fresnno yesterday. They are not even slowing down for the judge's timetable, so how will any judicial opinion bother them. It's like water on a duck's back...

Jerry Brown has got to be cheering this on (without leaving fingerprints) to get "facts on the ground" and make his choo-choo unstoppable.
