In California? Never happen!
As long as Barbara Boxer, NIMBY's and the No Nuke Kooks have a voice!
Even though Nuke power is very "Green" and many many many more people have died from Coal and Gas fired power those idiots will never allot it.
France has no problem generating 80% of their power from Nuke
I would triple the number of dams on the Colorado and Columbia Rivers and use more hydro power, Oh wait there are idiots that want to tear down all the dams.
