First, I have not touched a semi since September of 2002 when damage to my back forced me off the job. It is not up to transportation companies to decide to pay more it is up to the morons and thieves in Sacramento and Washington to change the law.
You can bash trucks of any size all you want but raising their costs will just be passed on to the cost of whatever they are carrying. Over and above that, were it not for trucks you would be sitting at your computer cold, naked, and hungry. In fact, how did your computer get to you?
