Probably not really a "MUST" have, in the whole scheme of things, but definitely something very much worth reading and keeping for future reference. Anyone with even a minor interest in steam railroading as it is today should try to find a copy.
A few minor errors here and there that I saw, but nothing that matters. Very well researched and very well written.
Jim Wrinn is a great asset to Trains, and Kalmbach Publishing.
