Actually the old route of U.S. 30 (Sandy Boulevard) just lost its designation a couple years ago when the road was transferred to City of Portland jurisdiction. Previously this was signed as "U.S. 30 Business", with U.S. 30 proper following I-84 (then I-5 north to I-405 west back to its own route north towards St. Helens) and U.S. 30 By-Pass following Killingsworth to St. Johns and across the St. Johns Bridge (which retains its highway designation and ODOT jurisdiction).
I believe there are a couple of U.S. 30 Business signs still around near the Sandy/Burnside junction and again near the Sandy/82nd Avenue intersection, but the rest appear to have been removed; the signs on I-205 have also been updated as well. I would say this happened within the last two or three years. Frankly I'm not sure why U.S. 30 even comes into Oregon given that virtually all of it is consolidated with I-84 except for some short business loops in Cascade Locks, Hood River, The Dalles and further out east, and the segment from Portland-Astoria which could easily be designated as Oregon 30. I believe it has to do with ODOT not using Interstate business loops, so it continues to use the U.S. 30 (and Oregon 99) designations on the two major Interstates.
