I recognize the need to maximize profit for investors. I can't agree with the credo of profit at the expense of others' livelyhood or the survival of a town. That's the trouble with America today ... nothing matters but the mighty buck, including the well being of persons and cities. Same thing goes for the oil companies (which in my opinion should be nationalized).
