Concrete cross bucks with embossed "LOOK OUT FOR THE CARS" were all over the NWP and were probably some Harriman Era common standard that came forward from the SP after 1929. I rescued one from the Samoa branch west of Arcata. It would follow that concrete was used for other signage too.
