And at least up here in Eureka the political support is waning. Two Harbor Commissioners out of office. Both replaced by fresh faces unwilling to commit to Port Development or the RR. Charles Olivier was perhaps the poster boy of freight for the Port. He lost the election but still sits on the NCRA board. John Wooley is not running for re-election to the BOS and is also a current NCRA board member.
