Dams or Trains

A recent drive down the San Joaquin Valley on I-5 revealed the latest from the San Joaquin Desert Farmers/Water users Group, billboards with big red letters DAMS OR TRAINS. Then there is a contact phone number to call for more information. Obviously a protest against HSR and get more water so they can export most of their nut crops that grow along I-5.
