The tracks in Windsor near the apartments is listed as track 490, Kaiser Industries Corp. And the spur across from this siding is track 491, PAn Abode, So. Div., Inc. Kaiser seems to have been a gravel quarry operation digging pits near the river. There are a few hopper cars on the siding in the 1953 historicaerials photo.
