The end of the current NWP operations is actually in Windsor, just North of the 4-way crossing in downtown Windsor (Windsor River Road & Windsor Road). There used to be a stop sign in the middle of the track, although I'm not sure if it's still there.

Although rare, I have seen a train activate this crossing from time to time. It is doubtful we will see any trains North of there until the Starr Road crossing is rebuilt with new crossing equipment.
