Unit trains from Healdsburg paid off the Puerto Suello tunnel rebuilding by the time the business winded down in the 80's, according to someone quoting an NWP GM. TRack 490 looks like it might have been a track off a drill track or siding between it and the mainline but they removed the drill. But maybe it has that weird shape due to property issues or something.
