Thanks! Re Kaiser - yes, they had a large river rock operation on Eastside Road. At the time I lived in the area (1970s/80s) everything went by truck; the major rail shipper of gravel was in Healdsburg. It's been a while ... need to visit again. Wonder if Pedroncelli is still around (used to like their Gewurz).
