Rich-
You have me curious. How far north and east of McCloud? There were a couple narrow gauge logging railroads northwest of McCloud, on the western side of Mt. Shasta, but the only thing I'm aware of northeast of McCloud (other than the McCloud operations themselves) is Weed Lumber/Long Bell. Any chance you might be able to contact me through [
www.trainweb.org] to share a scan or picture of those maps?

Long Bell crossed the GN well north of Nubieber...is this what you meant? I've never seen anything to indicate that Long Bell ever came anywhere near the WP...they were always north of the McCloud operations, although the two companies did share some roadbeds north of White Horse, albeit at different times.
