It has dual control 24, needs extensive governor work, and all the ball bearing assys in the layshaft and fuel rack system replaced. 576-B engine (with some liner glazing), and never mind the batteries. Changing the traction motor requires a drop table, a slide table, or lifting the entire carbody up off the trucks (the steps aren't removable).
