Interesting that this is said to be a private venture, as a subsidiary of the FEC. Wouldn't a couple of rebuilt beater GP40s done it for them, or was there in fact government funding that required Tier IV and the latest passenger "crash-worthiness" to be provided?

However I am glad to see someone taking on new service, and hope it is a trend that will catch on.
