Better spent on list, if we were spending our limited taxpayer dollars on rail to meet real regional and inter-regional travel needs based on demonstrated travel demands and actual congestion instead:

LAUPT run through (immediate ten minute schedule improvements)

Double tracking LOSSAN South,

Sidings, Signalization, and \DT segments on LOSSAN North

Increasing LOSSAN speed to 110 through Pendleton and South OC

Grade separating top 20 intersections on LOSSAN, including the ones in Oxnard.

Building the Del Mar bluffs tunnel and realignment under Del Mar capable of 110 operation.

Triple track final on 91 line.

500 million to triple track Beaumont for LOSSAN Branch to Palm Springs/Indio/Coachella Valley and extend both intercity and commute services.
