Beyond this BS, the interesting question is scrapping the line. The lack of truck accessibility
might require at least some resumption of trackmobile/rail to scrap the line. More likely the cost
of scrapping the line will exceed the scrap value. The line might end up rivaling the pyramids as
as an obelisk of where not to put things.
