The Samoa freight shippers would be at present-none! The pulp mill at Samoa has been closed for
some time, the Chinese company that was operating it pulled out. The Sierra-Pacific lumber mill
down at the bend in the track toward Arcata has been shut for over a year. Not sure if Redd did
actually pull his equipment out of the mill, the clean-up would be astronomical.
