I was at the meeting. Things are looking up. Union Pacific wants the added capacity and the state's happy, too.

Property acquisition was on the agenda, there may be a few holdouts, owners who want to see a payday, but that ain't gonna happen. Each owner can get as many appraisals as they like, up to $5,000 each covered by TAMC, and the buyout has to be market value, not pipe dream value.
