This was some time within the past ten years, and I don't have time right now to go through all the back issues of the magazine that I still have.
However, I have Roco HO models of two elecctric locomotives with the full DACHI package (D, A, CH, I = equipped for use in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy). These are
BLS 486 510-1
STB 189 822-4
Both models have four pantographs to match the various overhead systems.
(STB is the Austrian Steiermarkbahn, a regional railroad owned by the Styrian state government, which leases locomotives to long-distance private train operators.)
The models of both of these locomotives have indications of the external video cameras next to the cab doors -- and no outside mirrors.
