Max,

One small correction:

The Austrian locomotive cited earlier is STB, not STLB. The two are actually affiliated operations, but the STLB (Steiermark Länderbahn) is the "local" operation, focused mostly on commuter trains, though it does have some local freight trains, too. The STB is their leasing/long distance operation.
