A few years ago a women filed a lawsuit against the CTA and the City of Chicago as she lost her husband to the third rail.

The husband, on his way home from a local gin mill, took a shortcut home along the CTA tracks on the north side where the third rail is in place. Along the way he decided to relieve himself and the rest is history. Remember high school science,water and electricity.
