Someone is missing something. They say people in the 4,000 lb car are killed or injured and the people in the 80,000 lb truck are fine. So this is all the fault of the smaller automobile?

I am all for drafting but what about a car that slips in between the two trucks? Too many unanswered questions and they need to put blame on who is at fault. Would two 4,000 lb automobiles have the same amount of damage, injuries or deaths?

My two brother-in-laws have their own logging trucks. I have ridden with them and even drove them, loaded and mty. There are a lot of other factors to figure before they change anything.
