It would have to be in a Plymouth Roadrunner in the mid-seventies. Four of us left Norman, Oklahoma, en route to a derailment in the Guthrie area. We got pulled over in Edmond on I-35. As G.A. (the car owner) got back in the car with his speeding ticket he was smiling. When asked about the smile, he said the ticket was for doing 85 in a 55 zone. He was happy because his speedometer was registering 115 when he saw the OHP trooper. Lucky guy. We all got pictures of the minor derailment.
