Yeah, in the SDAE study I reviewed, I seem to recall indicated that the resolving clearance issues, would at least need the "mid price range" solutions, which were in a range of a about $120-200 million. I suspect with the deterioration since then, and inflation, that you could raise those numbers by at least 50% more.
